Shopping thrifty in Sydney - Australia?

Travel Info
Can anyone help - looking for a guide to buy ( mainly food products, meat, vegetables, fruit etc ) for a good price in Sydneu - e.g. buying in bulk or not packaged

Travel Tips
Flemington Market (Homebush) is a great place to get fresh produce etc in bulk. Friday morning is also the best day to go. You can get anything there. Source(s): I work there

Other Travel Tips
There are plenty of produce markets in and around Sydney, eg the Fish markets in Glebe, Paddy's Markets in Haymarket (Chinatown) for fresh veges etc.

Depends where in Sydney you live and what your tastes are, but for example there are a zillion Asian supermarkets in the Eastwood area, as well as Chatswood, Cabramatta etc.

Happy shopping!
