Travel Tips It a straight run down the Great Western Highway/Parramatta Road/Georges Street/Martin Place (On the left near not too far from the bridge). You can hardly miss it. Accommodation is expensive in Sydney city centre. There are some motels on Parramatta Road which should suffice. If you park at the motel you can then get a bus or train into Martin Place. Others use the nrma website it gives rout/distance & places to see & stay along the way but why stop it is only 226kms about a 4 hour drive http://www.mynrma.com.au/travel_planner.... The fastest way from Bathurst to Sydney is flying with Rex, http://www.rex.com.au/default.aspx... which will take about 1 hour then getting a train from the Airport.
