How long it takes from SYDNEY to WOY WOY or GOSFORD & what is the fastest public transportation between them? |
Travel Info Train - bus or .......? I would appreciate if you tell me the cost as well. Travel Tips I actually live in Gosford. The fastest public transport is definately by Train, which takes more than an hour and a half on an all-stations train or just over a hour on an express train to Gosford. Subtract 15 minutes on a slow train or 8 minutes on an express train (approximately) if getting off at Woy Woy. The cost from Central Station to Gosford/Woy Woy is $AUD 16.40 Return Peak Hour for an adult, or $AUD11.40 for off-peak. Check out www.cityrail.com for more specifics. By car from Sydney center lets say.one and a half to one and three qrts hours drive. By train from Central station, in heart of City(Sydney)..about one hour..40 mins.About.! Bus!...forget that....anyway Train or car is all I have seen! Now cost! in petrol for the car, from say small car about $20 one way.Larger car like mine one way $30-$35.... Train ticket one way, no more than I would say $25.oo SO sorry I haven't got the train fair exact, but I do hope this is of some help..... About 45 Mins. Car or TRain are the fastest dependning on the time of day. |
