and wanna go in fully clothed and looking for other people that do this kind of thing

I think you'll find most people don't want fully clothed people in their pool here, even on new years. Homes with pools are worth a fortune here. More likely to see it happen at the beach, but of course it's stupid and dangerous to go into surf fully clothed and many drown when doing this drunk.

Others
The only pool parties would be private and it is unlikely you would be invited, sorry. Plus I don't know of many people who go into a pool fully clothed.
