i have a copy of my civil I.D before, my passport copy and a Special Power of Attorney to allow my friend to process it for me in Kuwait what are the other things do i need to provide to expedite the process of my request. do i have to go to the embassy of Kuwait here in the Philippines? pls help me i only have 1 week to process this requirement. any informations about this query will be helpful.

I'd say go to the Kuwait Embassy, they are the best to advise you, or the Australian Embassy. Sounds like you are trying to immigrate, tourist Visas don't require a Police Criminal record clearance.
You should of had all of this done before you left Kuwait, save a lot of hassles. I doubt if the Australian Phillipines Embassy will process your Visa outside of Kuwait anyway. |
