Travel Tips If you were supported and trying to break the record, I don't know what it is, but it would be under two days. I did it carrying my own gear as a teenager, went down via the coast and back west of the Hume, took 11 days or so each way. If you were planning on doing much sightseeing you'd add to that. Others It would depend on how fast you were going! Or, how long is a piece of string?! There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers! 1050 kms avg speed 20k/h 12hrs a day 4 1/2 days approx realistically 5-6 days 5 or 6 days? Are you serious!!!! It takes 12 hours to drive there with no stops! Its a 1.5 hour plane trip. I don't know if you would bother cycling it all unless you were a professional cyclist! when i was there i took a bus over night you can sleep and be there by the morning. Forget about the bike thing. |
