Travelling from Beijing to world Youth Days 2008 ? |
Travel Info I'm from Belgium, but I would like to go to the World Youth Days in Sydney in 2008. I am thinking about hitchhiking from Brussels to Moscow and then taking the transmanchurian railway to Beijing. Now I am looking for a way to get from there to sydney to arrive around the 14th/15th july. Can anybody help me? Ideally I could go with other christians departing in Beijing Travel Tips Have you ever been to a WYD before?? It is a great experience, I have been to 3 now and can't wait for WYD to come to Sydney. Anyway, I suggest that you get in contact with the archdiocese in Brussels or even anywhere else around you. You will find that you are not the only person coming to Sydney for WYD. Even if you contact a couple of churches, they will most likely have young people coming or know of young people that are coming and you will be able get in contact with them and surely be able to arrange something with them. Flights to Australa can be expensive, I suggest you do some fundraising for your flights. |
