In T3 there is baggage storage located in the Arrivals Hall next to baggage carousel 5. Failing that, you can transfer between T3 and T2 on foot (7 mins); simply follow the pedestrian walkways and directional signs through the car park or through the airport train tunnel link. Once there, a baggage storage facility is located on arrivals level. Prices start from AU$6.00 per item for 0-12 hours and AU$10.00 per item for 12-24 hours.
