Luckily they don't regulate who is allowed to practise medicine in Australia. Instead this is done by the Australian Medical Council. You can find their registration criteria at: http://www.amc.org.au/ Their information on assessing doctors trained overseas can be found at: http://www.amc.org.au/exam.asp Australia currently has a shortage of General Practise doctors, so if you can meet the registration criteria, you probably have a good chance of finding employment and gaining a work visa. I hope that if you do come here you won't have too many racists for patients. Good luck! Others Learn how to be a Doctor here by going to Uni. We have enough shonky Chinese Doctors here we dont need anymore. you'll have to go to medical school here and become a qualified practitioner meeting Aust standard Just print out a diploma on your computer and home printer. Then please stay in Chinatown and just rip off your own countrymen. Thanks. It would help if you could spell firstly. Also you have to study here for 4 years then do another 2 years of practical work. |
