Can someone please tell me what to see in adelaide in one day ? |
Travel Info I am going to be in Adelaide for just one day in Feb from morning 10am till late. Can someone provide me with information about what all things are possible to see in 24 hrs ? Travel Tips Adelaide Town is lovely (I come from Melbourne) but head up to the Barossa Valley - that's just beautiful. If you like wine you'll LOVE it there. also - take a look at the beaches, they're great. Others not a lot, no offence to people from adelaide, i was there for 3 days and was really bored. the best thing that i can suggest is to get the light ril tram to Glenelg and spend the day at the beach. I've just returned to Queensland after a great 2 week holiday in Adelaide. While not as vibrant as Melbourne there was plenty to see and do. Depending on your interests it's hard to know what to do in 1 day. Glenelg beach is certainly worth a visit and the Museum and Zoo are excellent but you couldn't do the 3 in 1 day. Id do the same - catch the tram to Glenelg and spend the day on the beach. If you get tired of that - get the tram back to the city and walk along Rundle Mall. AVOID HINDLEY STREET AT NIGHT! |
