You can do an Australian Visa Eligibility Assessment at http://www.migrationexpert.com/... to see what your chances of getting a visa issued are. The biggest job site in Australia is www.seek.com.au. Sponsorship is quite hard to get, and its only really considered when there is nobody in Australia who is available to do the job. The Australian's get first choice when it comes to jobs - thats the way the skills shortage works. But if you considered working somewhere away from a major city, you might have more chance.

That site contains all the info you need about migrating to Australia. Look it over. I did and 10 months later I obtained a Permanent Resident's Visa.
