Can't you read English in Australia? Richard missed out one word and you cannot work out his request? I will give you a clue. Somewhere in the question place 'MY'.
If you have the address, then why not write and simply ask for a photo...you could include your email address to make it easier for them. Most of us aussies are kindhearted and obliging!
