Travel Info Which is the safest (for a single lady) and most cost effective place to rent in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs? Travel Tips Where would you be working? If in the city, then I'd pick Surry Hills, Glebe, Leichhardt, Elizabeth Bay. Beach suburbs Coogee, Maroubra etc are expensive. Depends on what your preferences are. Others Anywhere in the eastern suburbs would be as safe as anywhere else. Australia is a safe place to live. It is not cheap to live in Sydney but there are lots of flats in Bondi Junction and Bondi - and through most of the eastern suburbs for that matter. You will pay more if you have ocean or harbour views. I have no idea of prices but you should check the classified ads in the Sydney Morning Herald on a Saturday. http://www.smh.com.au saftey means you keep aware of your self and cheapest means nastiest, means you get what you pay for.means pay 300 p/w for your own 1 br flat,or what you want well practicly east sydney is safe... you should try living in a place with shops or close to were you work??? but chatswoods very nice =] live in syd |
