you can't really "make" chocolate unless you have cocoa beans and machinery for conching.
but to make ( as in melt and mould) chocolates it depends on the chocolate.
If it's compound chocolate, you just need to melt it (bain marie, not direct fire or it will burn) when melted pour in little moulds and wait for it to set.
If it's couverture chocolate - the real deal- it's a more difficult process because you need to temper it first, which involves taking the temperature up and then down to a certain degree.

just buy normal chocolate.. .why put in so much effort to make your own chocolate and then be disappointed with the outcome?
