Echo tourism is where you go and visit a cave, you shout, and your voice echos.

Eco tourism means visiting places that are 'natural' and generally caring for the environment (i.e. not doing tourist things that will damage the environment). Ironically, you'll go to visit these places on a great big bus fueled by diesel which will emit large amounts of toxic smoke into the athmosphere :-)
