Blackjack - when played by the basic rule (hit on 16 or less, stand on 17 or more) then you can expect to lose about 3 cents per dollar played. If you're good you can increase your odds considerably.

The only game where the house gets a straight percentage without actually beating the players is poker, in which the casino doesn't play against the gamblers (like in blackjack) but just takes a percentage of the pot (called the "rake") at the end of each hand as the house's share.
