Had we have enough of the petrol company high jacking the petrol prices? |
Travel Info petrol prices are going up the roof and its hurting most of us and the federal government dont want to do anything to stop those company manipulating the prices,do we have to go on the streets to show those companies that we had enough of this high petrol price.if one day a week that we all stop driving a car and just stay home.they will lose a great amount of money.just take a day off and it's the first time in australian history that there will be no car movement in every road and street as protest against the petrol prices then probably the government will do something about because if we all dont drive in one day then there will be no productivity.i would rather lose a day pay.but those petrol companies would not not like to lose a billion dollars coming from us who they are riffing off. Travel Tips its a good idea, but what you really need to do instead of buying gas from the big fuel stations (BP, Shell etc) try buying gas from the local neighbourhood gas stations... if the big oil companies stop making money then they will have to do something about it... i received an email before i left Australia to live in the US in December saying that this would be the best way to go about hurting the major oil companies...try asking your friends and family to do the same... Others We can send people to the moon but not able to make a reliable electric car. You know why? |
