Lol, Dr Jellyfish!

No, I don't think "taiwan drools and canada rules", I think you have some serious emotional problems and you've decided to take them out on a small yet profoundly important little part of the world... Very sad, what will people think of Canada after your question?

You've done a disservice to your own country's image while showing your prejudice against one of the world least vocal countries...

Shame on you. You've wasted your life.

Canada obviously leads.
Hmmm, for the sake of all sane Canadians and sane Taiwanese, I'm not going to give an answer beyond this. No one drools, and no one rules, they only rock!!!
It is about time that you and the rest of the world is going to accept that Taiwan IS a country. They have their government, president, army etc...
The only stupid thing is that so many countries are too afraid of China. China claims Taiwan as one of it's provinces.
I have told the democratic elected President Chen Shui Bian (A Bian) to officially declare Taiwan independent during the Olympics in Beijing in 2008. The whole world would be in China, and China won't be able to take any actions.
Now seriously...Go to Taiwan, live there for a couple of years...except for the Mandarin language (Taiwan has also Taiwanese and Hakkanese) there is not much that they have in common with China.
At least the people feel free to express their ideas, and the government wouldn't point tanks at students...Something that China did and still does.
What is going to happen to Hong Kong, Mongolia and Tibet...just wait and see...exactly the same what happened to Russia...a big nation might fall apart.
Ok, I might have started a big fire, but Taiwanese people are FREE people, they live in a democracy...
I guess I will get a lot of reactions...positive and negative...
You might have an other opinion than me, that is ok, also that is a democracy...I won't point a gun at you ;-)
You are right - I cannot say "both rocks or both stinks", but I can say both rock and both stink. If you plan to rule and not drool, it will help if you know proper English grammar.
Let me guess... you've been here a few months, the night-markets cease to interest you, Welcome - welcomes you no more.

Your Taiwanese manager or manageress is treating you like dirt, they're constantly messing up, mis-communicating and then blaming you for anything that went wrong.

Then again probably I'm wrong, when I first came here I loved it, few months later I hated it -t hen I got used to it and found Taiwan has great things as well as things that really suck - like the brown food boxes, brown eggs and grey chicken in 7-11 that tasted like rubber - the locals don't seem to notice though.

La la la la Taiwan Pi Jiu!
