Who can name the mystery driver of the white convertible? |
Travel Info I live in Taipei, right on An-He road. Every other night at about 1 - 2am, an old guy drives a white convertible, old music blasting at full volume! What makes this even more interesting is that he's normally followed by a police escort! The fact that he's permitted to blast music at a time when many are in bed suggests that he's either rich or a politician. Has any one else seen him or have any idea who he is?
