How much does it cost to rent an apartment in taiwan?

thinking of living in taiwan for a while, wondering how much it would cost a month for rent (US$ please)

Depending on where you plan to stay, e.g in Taipei, you could consider shared apartment for as low as US$80/month or private one-bedroom starting at US$400/month, however, if you want nicer locations, expect US$1000-1200/month

A one bedroom apartment with shared bathroom can get as low as 2000NT per month. (In central Taiwan, anyways- taipei is probably a little bit higher.)

A normal one bedroom/no kitchen/personal bathroom will be around 3000NT/month (in central Taiwan.)

One bedroom+living room+(small) kitchen- probably around 6000 to 12000 NT ish. Unfurnished. With furnishing expect to pay about 12000 up.

3 bedrooms with bathrooms usually 10 000 NT to 17 000 Nt per month.

And if you want a lot of luxery with parking, hot tubs and fancy showers and spas etc. that can get sky-high,
