What is the weather in taipei like on july? |

It will probably feel a lot hotter than that because of the humidity. I recommend bringing mostly light clothing (in color and texture) for the hot days. It will probably rain a lot, but it'll usually be a huge downpour for a little while, then clear up. So bring an umbrella and a light sweater. There is a small chance of typhoons, and it could get quite windy (but not cold). But these don't usually last for too long (2 days max usually). summertime. Hot. I went last Jun (beginning) and was like 29degree celsius. It's going to be hot usually in the high 80's to mid 90's and the heat index is usally around 90-115. There's going to be rain, but because Taiwan is either subtropical or tropical (depends on the area) rain falls in short torrential rain think hard rain showers with thuinder and lighting. they dont last longer than 20 min and considering how hot it is in the summer they are kinda nice. Bring shorts, and t-shirts, two good umbrellas it rains alot in the summer! a rain jacket(light), and jeans or pants and maybe a formal outift incase you get invited to a event. and def. bring mosquiot repellent! trust me you will need it! And remebr that you are going in the middle of typhoon season so pay attention to the news. hot and humid HOT! REAL HOT! Bring shorts and sandals. Cotton shirts would be preferrable. |
