for text: highlight what you need, right click, and paste on something like Microsoft Word

It is different if you have a mac computer though, in order to right-click, you must hold down ctrl while clicking..
ctrl c= copy ctrl v= paste
it's very fast and efficient.
or you could right click on the picture and go through the list that pops up, find copy, click on it, go to where you want to paste it, right click again and find paste, click on it... blah blah blah
