I checked the bus station and they said that there was a bus that stopped in Jiu Fen.

Hi,

Buses depart from 蹇犲瓭鏉辫矾涓夋283铏?No. 283 Zhongxiao E. Rd. Sec. 3, and the trip will take 2 hrs.
(MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station Exit 1; walk 30m towards Andung St. 瀹夋澅琛?)
You can also take a train to Ruifang (Jui-fang) from Taipei Main Station and then switch to a Keelung Bus from outside the station.

Alight at the 7/11 bus stop at Jioufen otherwise you will have a long tiring wlk up the steps.

Jioufen is a lovely rustic place. Great tea shops to have a sit down and take in the view.
Oh Ajeet- if I'd only known that. Instead I had to find a girlfriend who drives. :-))
You can take bus from Taipei station for Jui fang( rui fang) and jiu fen..... or take tarin fm taipei to Kellung and fm keelung st. buses available for jeufen...... enjoy ..... this lovely place....
