Hey! nowhereman
"the polluted air, and noise." (in the big city)
are freeeee

as for your answer, whatever no high-tech technology involved will be cheap in thailand.
like, t-shirt, food, hand-craft stuff....etc.

one thing to add here,
never buy hand-craft or silk at a big department store or jimtomson house. it is over priced.
you can get samething samequality, but way way cheaper at jatujak market.

cheapest things in Thailand are the polluted air, non portable water, and noise.
T-Shirts and other apparels made of cotton
food. hardly see Thai die of starvation.
condom
All the items? How do you plan to carry them back? There are literally tons of items that will be cheap compared to where you are. What actually interest you? It is like asking for the names of people living in this world!
It depends if you're an investment banker or a Bushman of the Kalahari. There's cheap and then there's laughable. Accommodation is cheap and so is food. But you're probably talking about stuff to buy and take home. The weekend market in Bangkok (Chatuchak) sells everything from stuffed pangolins to Levis made in Laos, so that's a pretty good place to load up with junk for resale.
