Are those food prepared on the floating boats safe?

Travel Info
I've seen on T.V. that they're preparing food on small boats and I think they're delicious! Thai food is one of my favorite. Is it safe though? thanks.

safer than food prepared on boats that dont float...
What you see on TV is for show-biz purposes only. Not for regular consumption.
it depends on the way the cook prepares it. Some food on boats is clean and safe to eat and on others it might not be as safe. If you're going as a tourist and you haven't lived in a country outisde of the U.S or western europe where good sanitiation in resturants is required than I wouldn't suggest eating food from the boats. But you can just avoid food made with any kind of water beacuse chances are the water is going to be the same water your boat is floating on
I can have it,how about you? it's exciting to join with them?
They sure are safe and delicious too.
It is safe. Hundreds of people eat from them everyday. Real fresh food cooked on the spot. Great eating!

But like everything else - it is NOT a guaratee. You might be that ONE unlucky person who get sick because the particular vendor had a slightly off meat that day, or wasn't particular about hygeine that particular day.

But this could happen in ANY restaurant in ANY country.
