I dont know any website dealing with this subject but I can tell you that fanta bungalow in chaloklum (ko phangan) in the kind of place you re looking for, very peaceful place and only 250-300 baht per night
Theres a great place on Chaweng beach in Koh Samui, its right on the beach and has a nice bar and outside restaurent.
It is also family friendly.
Its called Tradewinds.
