Nearby provinces, like Panga, Krabi, Surat, Trang have lot of beaches and natures you and your family can enjoy.

There are many factors of course. International schools are there, lovely houses to rent as well, finding a job is very limited/restricted, enough money a must. Could maybe give a better answer if you'd ask precise questions.
The International Woman's Club in Phuket could be a great help too.
