Travel Info Is the customer always right? Travel Tips I'd say in business today , customer always come first! , not always right. pay attention to individual customer and give the best service that the right thing to do. Others People can be extremely stupid in general and to say that they are always right is moot. The question you have to ask yourself is how bad are you willing to put up with the BS to make a sale? Yes the customer is qalways right, even if you don't think they are. The reaqson for this is because if you don't have customers, you don't have a job. sweety if they were i would be rich ,with extras,lol nope No. While a good concept to imbue into your sales staff, and a good attitude to have, this idea should not be taken too far. Otherwise, businesses would give away their stuff for free! The business interest comes first. Usually, that's also the customer interest. But when those two separate, such as when the customer wants treatment beyond that which is profitable or consistent with looking after ALL your customers, then one has to stand up for the business. Ofcourse Customer always right. When they are not happy with your services, it means your services is not good at something and you will have to think how to do better.
