Should be around 200-400 baht. Make sure you line up in the official queue and obtain the ticket to report over pricing operators. If you use a regular taxi from Departures, the cost will be 200 Baht as there will be no airport surcharge. The time will depend on the time of day. At 4 am, it will take you 30 minutes. In the evening rush hour, it could take 1 and a half hours. Depends on the type of cab you take. A regular taxi will charge THB 550 to THB 600 for a ride from the airport to most places in downtown Bangkok. These includes the highway toll. A private taxi will charge THB 800- THB 1000. A coach will charge THB 300 to THB 350. Travel time is usually around 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon the traffic. During peak traffic hours it can take about 90 minutes. |
