Airfare BKK to Koh Samui and BKK to Krabi? |
Travel Info I heard there are many cheap value airlines in Thailand. Can I just but the tickets at the airport for next flight ? Travel Tips only one airlines flies directly to Samui and that is Bangkok Airways, the cost round trip is about $225 us dollars. Now you can get a cheaper rate if you get one of the budget airlines to Surat thani and then a bus to the ferry and then a hour and half ferry ride to Samui. Also budget airlines do fly to krabi. The budget airlines are Nok Air, Asian Air and 1, 2 Go. check out their web sites for cost and reservations. Others Bangkok Airways owns the airport in Koh Samui, and thereby has exclusive rights to the route. You can buy a ticket on arrival at the Bangkok Airways desk in Suvanabhumi but the flights operate only (say) between 0700 and 2000. And you'd first have to clear customs and immigration. The main operator between Bangkok and Krabi is Thai Airways. Internal flights in Thailand are not that expensive. You should be able to pick up a return ticket to either destination for about US$150. Been there done that http://www.airasia.com They have the cheapest fares available on your route. The earlier you book, the lower the fare. Cheers. travel writer/ lived in Thailand |
