You hv to do your home work, find out his/her interest.
Talk to him/her about their interest topic & from there it is all up to you how to continue.
Make friend first then later only consider to offer what you hv to offer.

Of course, you hv to prepared yourself with sufficient info on their interest topic. Be honest and show your interest to learn from him/her.

Good Luck
