Tell them to leave or you wil be forced to call the police i think u should go and ask the customers Go to the customer and introduce yourself. Most people will calm down once the store manager is coming over to take care of their problem. Then ask the customer how you can help him. Listen carefully to what they have to say, agree with them as much as possible and try to find a solution to the problem. If the customer is still angry and shouting and uncontrollable, you might have to call security. I would probably speak with the customer personally and say "Is there a problem" first thing when you confront them if the person is still around. You need to ask them to leave. If she insists it was the sales staff's fault for her shouting, apologize, but still ask her to leave. I've had to do this before too. If they refuse call the cops. |
