Rough guide to cost of utilities (gas/electric especially air-con and water) in thailand for family of 3 ?

Travel Tips
I live here in Thailand and also have a family of three. First of all, water is very cheap, 200-300 baht a month, of course you can't drink the water in Thailand, I would say we probably spend about 600 baht a month on drinking water. The only thing you use natural gas for is cooking (and we cook a lot), we have a tank we use for our stove-top and oven, which only costs about 250 baht to fill, and it lasts for 3-4 months. So as you can see, water and gas are very cheap, now for the bad news, electricity is not cheap. It depends on how much you use your air-conditioners, we have a fairly large (175 sq. meters) 3-story townhouse, with five individual air-conditioners. We also have 6000 watt electric water heaters in two of the bathrooms, but really don't use them much as the tap water is quite warm. Our electric bill is between 4000-7000 baht a month, depending on how hot it is each month, but we keep the house fairly cool most of the time, and run two air conditioners all night, every night. Your electric bill will depend on how much you use your air conditioners and how big your house or condo is.
