This person may be just very friendly. Others Yes!They are touchy feely..HEHEHHEHEHE.Especially women see foreigner they will try to flirt with them..Be careful,or u will be the victim.remember the most number of AIDS victim in ASIA is THAILAND as what Ive heard in the news. Based what i saw in Pattaya,Thailand If someone tapping you on the shoulder and waving at you seems to you like excessively tactile behaviour, perhaps he's merely trying to draw your attention to the chip? He's just being friendly Thai-style; or he may be gay! Both aren't convincing though. The head area is taboo hands-off, no touch zone; tapping on shoulders are no-can-do in Chinese traditional custom (won't go into detail). Unless you enjoy the extraordinary 'gestures'; I'd speak up politely... with a smile!
