Travel Info Ubon Ratchathani in Isan NE Thailand and spent some time there ? How was the experience and is this a village community or large town ? Travel Tips Ubon is countryside town. It is not large town for sure. In fact, more of village community as you state. Pace of life is definitely slow, with mainly agricultural communities around the city. Others Ubon is basically one of the biggest city in the NE Thailand. Having said that there is not much to see and definately not in the interest of many tourist.
