Travel Info Anyone know a good 4 or 5* hotel in Koh Samui - Chaweng Beach or Bophut? Travel Tips I think there is a hotel on Chaweng Beach called the Chaweng Beach Resort or something similar. Its really nice,with private beach for hotel guests only. As well as pools. Others try expedia.com try the Banana Fan hotel on the beach road.I wouldn't bother with bophut unless you stay in one of the new ones between maenam and bophut.The Imperial Boathouse at choengmon beach(10 mins from chaweng)is very nice and unusual archtecturally.www.sawasdee.co... I've stayed at both as a special treat,a bit up market for my pocket Blue lagoon, but watch for falling coconuts. They have a website.
