Best places to stay and things to do in Thailand? |
Travel Info I have never been but am planning a trip, what do you recommend. Travel Tips Thailand is a very beautiful place with some very reasonable rates in regards to hotels and all other purchase. The Baiyoke Sky Hotel is a wonderful place to stay as it is centrally located in the heart of Thailand where you will be close to much of the shopping and eating establishments. The rates are a little higher but not by much and you can have bragging rights for staying at the countries Tallest building. As for things to do, visit all the palaces and temples. You can also ask the concierge to give you information where you can go just outside of the city to pet some white tigers. They also have a luxury theater where the seats are all leather with massage rollers and they serve you food and alcohol. The shopping is amazingly cheap and you can get quality DVD's for about 2.00USD, however, use caution when buying. Don't forget the incredibly cheap massage parlors where you can enjoy for about $10 to $20USD. Use extra caution since many of them offer more....if you're into that, use protection and ask for the "happy ending"....but you probably already know that. Source(s): Personal experience.
