Place to Rent in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya -Any Recomendations? |
Travel Info Hi all Have been in Pattaya for about 2 weeks now and have been staying in a little place infront of the corner of Jomtien/dongtan beach The thing is that we are paying 500 BHT a night in this tiny guesthouse, granted it has everything in the room (everything being aircon & Sat Tv) but it amoutns to 14,000 a month and we would prefer (I am with my girlfriend) to have a place of our own if we could get it for roughly the same price. Now I was just passed a place on Central Pattaya road and my curiosity got the better of me and we went in to have a look....the rooms where a lot nicer, bigger, sat tv aircon, microwave sink etc etc and was only 10,000 a month! (not including electricity and water) was wondering if anyone could tell me if i might be lucky enough to find a similar Apartment (to rent by month) (with kitchen, aircon sat tv internet etc..) in Jomtien & how much roughly we would be looking at to rent a place in Jomtien/Dongtan area? Travel Tips hi look at www.a2zpattaya.com you will find a apartments to rent on there , or go to soi 7 Stars in Your Eyes Bar & speak to jeff ,he might know of something ( he,s from yorkshire ) or speak to lasse in the globetrotter swedish resturant behind the pink lady resturant Source(s): just back last week Other Travel Tips I do not know much about Jomtien, But in Pattaya 2nd & 3rd road there are many such apt and hotels with a monthly rate from 4500-10000 baht. I had a nice place on pattaya thai for 4500 baht a month plus electric and water.And you can jump on the baht bus on 2nd road and it will take right down beach road in Jomtien for 10 baht. |
