I am visiting Thailand in October & wondering if I will be enjoying a "summer" holiday? |
Travel Info Can I/would it be appropriate to sunbake/tan at the beach? & approx. degrees celcius...thanks heaps for all your answers :) Travel Tips As I'm writing this it's raining here in Koh Samui, Thailand. However it's also 29 degrees. This afternoon I was in the pool and working in the yard. Not only will you be able to get your tan at the beach, you'll be doing so while driving your motor skooter. The longest time you'll go without sun would be 2 or 3 days but still very comfortable. I wouldn't worry too much. Enjoy your holiday http://www.wordtravels.com/travelguide/c... Source(s): Living in Thailand. Other Travel Tips there's tropical climate, all year tepmeratures around 80 degrees, I think you will get some tan It will be raining season! There are 3 season in Thailand Hot, Hot and Humid & Hot and rainy. It is currently the rainy season in Thailand. Nov-Feb are the cooler weather and also high point of the tourist season, I do not think you will have a problem getting a tan. even in the rainy season the sun shines hot and bright., Enjoy It will still be hot enough to bake you. Expect temperatures in the day to be above 30 degrees C and slightly lower than 30 in the night, even if it rains especially in the beach and islands. Oh yes you will. It's really hot here. It rains sometimes in October until even November, but for a while and the hot sun comes right back. Bring lots of lotion, don't die because of skin cancer. Degree say around 34-38 celcius, sometimes 40. |
