Travel Info I will be in Thailand from July 4-17 What will the weather typically be like? Travel Tips WINTER????? Black colors bounce back the sun????? What are they talking about??? Ok sorry to tell you but July here in thailand is still part of the monsoon/rainy season.... so bring appropriate clothing... but all year round in Thailand is hot and humid...just more humid from june-aug. for the past month its been raining almost everyday...dont get me wrong tho not the whole day...usually from evening onwards...or light showers in afternoon..... dress like you would at any other tropical paradise....*recommend sandals so ur sneakers dont get soaking wet......." I'm sure you'll still have a great time and a wonderful experience in thailand........Have fun.... ------------------------------... And to the answerer above........ dark colors(such as black) makes u warmer because it absorbs the sunlight not "bounce it" back.....lighter colors "bounce it" back or we u might rather say reflects the sunlight........lol..... Expect intense periods of snow and ice. Dress warmly. I am from neighboring country in South East Asia. July and August are monsoon season, so it will be quite humid and hot. You are probably not going to see much rain during that time. You want to make sure that you bring light clothing, especially shirts/pants made of 100% cotton. You do not want anything thick or made of some synthetic material. Also, try not to bring too many black colors because it will bounce back the sunlight and make you feel warmer. Have fun! 1 word. wet!!!!! Iy is the rainy season and depending on where you are, it can be quite wet. And if no rain, it will be hot and humid. Exception will be the cooler north or highlands. |
