Humantarian Work in Udon Thani?

I've been planning to do humantarian work in 3rd world countries or rural areas in SEA and on a recent trip to volunteer in Udon Thani, I realized it's a great place to be in and a possible location for me to work in too.

Not just volunteering once a few months a year but really living with the people there and helping them in their lives...

I dont mind the lower pay and all the other stuff that comes with working in such a place. I wanna know how do I get abt finding an organization or NGO to work for in that place?

Anyone has any contacts or good advice?
