Nice place for anniversary dinner in BANGKOK? |
Travel Info hello, my boyfriend and i celebrating our 2years anniversary in Bangkok this August and we are wondering is there any recommendation for a right restaurant for dinner. Of course the food has to be good be it western or thai food, but probably a nice romantic environment in the heart of bangkok. much love from singapore! really am counting down the days to be at the land of smiles! Travel Tips Any of the restaurants at the Oriental Hotel or Peninsula Hotel. There are several restaurants at each hotel, so you should be able to find one that is excellent and suits your tastes. Here's a place called Sirocco which is outdoors on the 63rd floor of the Le Bua at State Tower Hotel : http://www.lebua.com/dining.php... or you might want to try Mezzaluna, which is indoors on the 65th floor of the same hotel, both have great views of the city and river. Or maybe a night dinner cruise on the river, there are many dinner cruises available, but I think this is one of the best ones: http://www.mandarinoriental.com/hotel/51... otherwise there are tons of great and romantic restaurants all over Bangkok. Have fun. live in Bkk I better say Happy Anniversary to both of you... I know one place you might like it. It is Shangri-la Dinner Cruise. I experienced that once. it was most romantic dinner for me and my lover. The dinner start at 7pm and finished at 9.30pm. Cruise will take you along the river at night time and really beautiful view along the river at night.Imagine you have dinner with your love look at nice sky at night and see all the most beautiful temples and way of life along the river. If you go to Sirocco (as Answer #2), after your meal, walk over to next door - Distil Pub- for a cocktail..and enjoy the great cushion seat out the patio where you can get city view and moon bath...
