Is anyone going to Koh Phangan in Dec 07 and March 08 full moon party? |
Travel Info I'm just wondering when is a better time to visit the island as my last visit was 2 weeks ago and missing it already! Travel Tips Both months would be lovely. March is one of the driest months in the year, and temperatures average in the mid eighties. December gets quite a bit more rain, but is about 8-10 degrees cooler on average. If it were my choice, I'd go in March. It's pretty much going to be warm and humid no matter what, so what's a few more degrees compared to several inches of rain. But I guess it just depends on what your preferences are. Another motivation for going in March is that several of the Chinese airlines that fly to Thailand have special deals for buying tickets close to Chinese New Year. I went this past March and got a round-trip ticket from L.A. to Bangkok for about $650 (China Airlines). Source(s): Life experience. But i didn't go to join full moon party. I just go to travel at near place only. Anyway have a nice travel here in Thailand, I think you will love Thailand then ^_^ |
