are you having any symptoms? if you are, like if it is extra red and its very itchy and it can possible spread a rash, yes you are going to die. make sure to get it checked out asap. it could be poisonous.
You're already delirious. Get to the doctor.
If you are not having a fever, you are ok. Just use ointment to relieve the itch and you will fine in a couple of days. No need to get overly worried. There are mosquitoes all the way from Thailand/Cambodia to all over Asia and even around the world. So no need to get jumpy.
Unless you develop symptoms, dont worry to much about it.....

If you've got malaria symptoms, you may feel like you have the flu. Malaria symptoms include fever and chills, the shakes, headache, muscle aches, and fatigue.

Malaria symptoms usually manifest ten days to four weeks, but as early as one week or as late as one year, after being bitten by an infected mosquito,
I've stayed for some time near the border with Cambodia in a rural area. And I got bitten by mosquitoes there many times.

I wasn't taking any anti-malarial medication. And I didn't get sick.

The Thai people I was staying there with told me that they didn't know anybody there who got sick with Malaria recently. It simply wasn't a problem there, as far as they were concerned.

From what I understand, drug resistant Malaria in Thailand is more common in border areas near Burma (Maynmar). It's not such a big problem in border areas near Cambodia.

If you get sick with Malaria and you don't seek medical treatment quickly. Then you can die from it or get some brain damage as a result of Cerebral Malaria.

Although in many cases the illness is not that severe, and people eventually get well after some medical treatment.
