Where would you travel? Greece? Thailand? |
Travel Info I am planning a trip this year and I would love some advise on where to go. I want some place that has beautiful beaches, clear water, great night life, culture, history, is safe etc.... Money is not really a problem but obviously cheaper is better. I was thinking about Greece or Thailand or Bali or ????? Any advice? I am late 20's, single and want to have fun!!! Thank you for your help! Travel Tips I'll go for Thailand when in terms of budget, beaches, & nightlife. (- -,) Others Thailand Go to Asia! It is cheap and the people are really friendly! I lived in Asia for many years and I miss it a lot!!!!!!!!! Well all of them sound great, but in Thailand you have the risk of getting on with a shemale hahahaha. No honestly, I've seen some of them and the first time I saw them in a club at night I thought they were gorgeous women. I've been to Greece and I will recommend it, especially the islands Crete and Santorini, but they have loads of other ones that are great for party etc. You can also go to Bali or Thailand, they are completely different from Europe or America and very exotic. It's really up to you and how you feel about it. People in Asia are really friendly however. I studied there and my experience with them has been cool! Thailand!!! If I were you, I'd go to Thailand. It's a lot cheaper than going to Greece. I've never been to Greece and would like to go, but from my many experiences in Thailand. It's more worth going to Thailand if you want to see great beaches, clear water, not a great, but AWESOME night life, and great culture (history).. Thailand is safe.. I've never had any problems there.. Bali is a great place to go.. or was.. I haven't been there in 3 or 4 years since the clubs exploded due to the bombing.. but at the time it was a good place to go, but I still would've chosen Thailand over Bali.. I think you would definitely enjoy Thailand. Phuket is nice.. prices have gone up a lil since the tsunami though.. Pattaya is by far the best.. Bangkok is great as well.. Koh Samui is a great place, but I'm not sure about being single there.. I took my girlfriend there and had a blast.. but it seems more like a resort type place.. I hope this helped.. Have fun with whichever place you decide! Check out Contiki tours! I travelled for 3 months when I was 24 and did a contiki tour for 2 weeks through Europe and loved it. They are designed for young people with an age restriction of 35. It doesn't matter where you go you will have a ball. The tours always take you to the hot spots of the country/countries you choose, which takes out the guess work for you and avoids you finding out after you have been there that you missed something you would have liked to see if you had've known when, where and how. They have two types of tours one being a budget option (cheaper accommodation). You get experienced guides that help you experience the history, culture, nightlife, cuisine, sights, attractions, etc in depth, leaving how much you explore it up to you with free time. Definitely recommend Contiki and can't wait to do another one some where else. You become quite close to the people in your group which is nice. I met 4 people on Contiki in Europe that lived within 1 hour drive from me in Australia... Be aware of the seasons in the country you choose it may be warm where you live in December but not in Europe. I have heard Asian countries are cheaper. Have fun, I am so jealous!!! |
