Yes it is, at almost any pharmacy in Thailand, especially in Bangkok. I live in Bangkok, and it used to be prescribed to me. You don't need a doctor's prescription here, and although I can't remember the price, you'll pay a fraction of what it costs in the US.. Also, shop around a little bit, prices can vary greatly between pharmacies.

there is a drug store in Bangkok on suksawat near the testco lotut that has anything you need and it has the lowest prices i have found. the place is jammed with people so you know it's good.
