Depends on which technology you are talking about. Are you doing a school essay? I think technology effects the whole world and not only Thailand and it's culture.
I'm pretty much enjoying new things and advancement, otherwise I wouldn't be using this notebook with broadband wifi 3 MB and discussing technology effecting Thai culture at the moment, instead I may be playing Thai chess at the pier close by Chao Phraya river drinking Meklong Whiskey!! Just kidding.
But it's true. I wouldn't a chance to be conversing with you who I've never known at all.
The world is getting smaller and more harmonised.
When I was young, Thai people often wonder what Americans and European think, eat and do things. Now, the wonder become more deep and complex and that we could talk it over, right? Now, in a good way the world developed with technology as well. Source(s): Me. Am a Thai.

I have no direct links for you but from what I've seen technology is not yet affecting the majority of people in Thailand other than giving them some peace and quiet while their kids play games.

Which aspect of the culture are you most interested in?
Of course it has, just as it has affected so most nations. The biggest part of technology that sticks out like a sore thumb to me are mobile phones. As this sounds surprisingly like a homework question and I'm not terribly keen on doing others work for them I'll let you try to scrounge up some links, but in short I'll leave it as, YES technology has affected the thai people.
