Travel Info Hold old you are suppose to be to fly to thailand alone? pls i need accurate information and a source on the internet or magazine etc Travel Tips i think you need to talk to your mommy or daddy before you do something stupid. Others Where are you flying from? As far as I know, there are no age restrictions to fly to Thailand. The real difinitive source on this would be the airlines.. and of course, the person, I assume not you, would need to have a passport.. Usually with underage passengers the airlines will offer a service where the child is met and escorted each step of the way, including connecting flights - - good luck Every airline is different so i would contact the airlines that go from where you are to thailland. From the uk to thailand on several flights i know it can be between 12 and 8 - so i would check it out with the airline any age over 5 but try Don Maung airport on the web its in bangkok,also try airchina they have flights out of there also Littlebird is a little bit out of date, Don Muang airport closed to international flights in September 2006 and is now serving only a limited number of domestic flights/airlines. Most other people are correct the only way you will get definitive information on young people travelling unaccomapied is by asking the airline(s) concerned. But I would suggest if you are under 16 and travelling alone I would not come to Thailand. It can be very confusing for a young person. |
