Tijuana is a very big city, lots of things to do as a tourist. Besides, there are a lot of thriving businesses expecially in medical tourism:dental, surgery, cosmetic surgery, pharmacy. Of course there are plenty of clubs and shops and places of public entertainment. Its worth a visit, but the traffic is terrible. No donkey show, an urban legend.
