The nicest areas in the city of Toronto, and the worst.?

Travel Tips
Nice as in for rich people? Rosedale, Bridle Path (Bayview/Lawrence), Bayview Ave, Cabbagetown, High Park

Ghetto: Parkdale, Thorncliffe Park, Regent Park, anywhere on Jane St north of Bloor

Everywhere else is pretty much middle-class. My fave areas are midtown and the Annex.
Others
Cambridge is one of the worst areas.
Lawrence Av. at "Bayview" and North East of that, towards Don mills Rd. Thats the best area, especially if your rich.
The worst, I believe, is the "Parkdale" area. Dundas St South to below King St., from Dufferin St. to Roncessavales Av.
the North York areas + Richmond hill are nice

worst would be Queen st. , king street, some parts of Scarbrough
